Admission Process

1. Fill up the Enquiry Form

Students who wish to apply to New Oxford International School can easily obtain the application form either from the school’s website or directly from the school office. The form can be purchased through various payment options, including online, cheque, direct payment, or even the Teachmint App. Once the application is filled out and submitted, the next step is to prepare for the admission test.

2. Student Interaction

After submitting the completed form, candidates must appear for an admission test. During this process, candidates, along with their parents, will be informed of the next steps. On the day of the admission test, all relevant original documents should be brought to the school for verification purposes. A face-to-face interaction between the candidate, their parents, and the school will then be scheduled to assess suitability for admission.

3. Document & Fee Payment

Once the candidate is confirmed, parents must complete the final step of paying the admission fees. To secure the admission, it is crucial that the fees are paid on or before the given deadlines. Parents can make the payment directly at the school office or through various options such as online payment, cheque, bank transfer, or the Teachmint App.

Submit the duly completed application form on or before the stipulated date. The following documents should be submitted along with the completed form:
  • Certified copy of the School Report Card of the previous academic year (If applicable).
  • Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school (If applicable).
  • Five passport size photographs and two stamp size photographs of the applicant.
  • Three passport-size photographs of the parents.
  • Certified copy of the birth certificate.
  • Certified copies of the Aadhar Cards of the applicant and both the parents or guardians.
  • All photocopies must be self-attested along with the date of attestation.
  • Attested copy of the caste certificate and minority certificate (If applicable).

Age Criteria

To join, children should meet the specified age requirement by June 1st of the admission year. In some cases, the School Admission Committee may consider exceptions to this age limit based on the child's past academic performance and how they do in our tests, as long as they have completed their studies in a recognised school.'
